Manually operated vacuum probe system to defluidise product that otherwise makes bag handling and palletising difficult or impossible. Some products retain the air that they gain from processing or simply by moving during transport. These products can be "solidified" by sucking out the air. Sometimes this leads to a significant reduction of volume as well but the main reason is to make the bags more solid so they can be palletised.
We can find out if it is possible and useful to defluidise your product with a test in our factory.
The product bag is placed underneath the vacuum probe system. The operator inserts the rods with filter probes into the product in the bag. The vacuum system starts working when the lowest position is reached. The time of defluidisation can be adjusted individually. After the defluidisation is completed the filter probes are cleaned from product and the operator can pull out the probes. The probes are weight balanced so they only need to be accelerated.
