Palletising conveyors transport the bags into a convenient height to ease palletising.  The bag is transported upwards so that the worker does not have to lift the bag.  Ideally he only has to pull the bag over to the pallet into the designated position.

Palletising conveyors are built with transport belts or roller conveyors.  They can be combined with

• flattening rollers to even out product
• flattening rolls
• metal detection tunnels
• labelling machines

Execution

• closed belts, chain belts, lifting bars etc.
• machine frames in carbon or stainless steel
• tilting and swiveling joints to move the conveyor tip close to the desired bag position
• motoric adjustment of height and angle
