Bag flattening conveyors and belts are used to even out product in the bag for good palletising. Vollenda offers different units for bag flattening -beater roller conveyors or belt conveyors. 

The flattening roller conveyor beats the bag with square rollers.  The belt and drum flattening unit create a gap and press the bags to an adjusted uniform thickness.  The belt conveyor with vibrators are used if space is limited and time is not critical to even out the product in the bag by vibration from the bottom and pressing from the top.
